All property owners automatically become a member of the Landfall Homeowners' Association (LHOA) upon purchasing property in Landfall. It is an independent organization that operates from property owner fee assessments.

Landfall Recognized For Community Spirit
Beverly Spannuth and Shelia Mackasek attended a Celebration of the Completion of the Jamestown Road Project held by the Historic Triangle Corridor Enhancement Steering Committee. The mission of this committee is to enhance the major entrance corridors to the Historic Triangle by improving landscaping and frontage of buildings; its first project was along Jamestown Road.

Comments Needed On By-Law Changes
The Rules and Regulations Committee has drafted proposed changes to the Bylaws and Design Standards, dealing mostly with procedural changes. They also have made rules clarifications regarding the use of the common areas and lot owner's responsibilities. Please review these documents. We will discuss them soon. View the documents HERE
