The Landfall HOA has set up a Neighborhood Watch Program with James City County Police. Officer Richard Schugeld is assigned as our offical officer to contact with any neighborhood security concerns. You will see his contact information below. As he deems necessary, Officer Schugeld will send out security alerts. As he sends these to the HOA Board we will be relaying them to everyone in the community. These emails will come from a member of the Board or Bev Spannuth. You are encouraged to contact Officer Schugeld with any suspicious activity you observe in our community. The Neighborhood Watch will only work when the neighborhood participates.
