REMINDER: PLEASE CONTACT UPA WITH QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, REGARDING ANY LANDFALL TOPICS. 

James City County has a curfew each night at midnight. If you see unsupervised teens wondering the community after midnight, please notify the parents and/or County Police, not the Board.

Landfall Complaint/Grievance Procedure 

The Commonwealth of Virginia requires that our association adopt a  formal complaint/grievance procedure for owners to file complaints  regarding the common areas and violations of our covenants. This  procedure must be adopted and in place by July 1, 2010. UPA's  attorney's have put together procedure and resolution which your Board adopted at its meeting on May  20, 2010, to become effective June 21, 2010, to allow for any comments. Landscape Requirements

Please take efforts to properly maintain your property. This includes maintaining your lawn, weed removal and removal of leaves.
